So its not totally official, but just needs paperwork. I am so proud to say she is my sister. A Doctor! And soon to be Mom in August too! 2009 is a good year for her!
On the home front here, I did get a new knitting bag, one I have been lusting after for a while:
Its the Zhivago weekender from Off Hand Designs in the persian paisley fabric. Dh is calling it a carpet bag, or old fashioned dr bag, which makes it perfect to go with this post. I love how roomy it is :
Looks like a cave inside. It can hold everything AND the Kitchen sink! Its really well made and so nice. Worth every penny of its cost.Of course, I bought it at Delightful Ewe. I am thinking of saving to get some of the accessory bags in matching fabric, but not sure yet.
